"Valet parking only at $40/day was convenient and cheaper than some of the other hotels in the area. Hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and comfy. Service at check in was good except they told us breakfast hours for the weekend and did not mention that weekdays were different so we missed breakfast on our check out day. The food was delicious and hot on the days we did catch breakfast. Pool area was clean and private. "

"We were sick the entire time we were in Cleveland. The staff was accomodating and helpful and provided additional cleanup services for our room and a late checkout. The room itself was clean, quiet and comfortable."

"The front desk folks could not have been more friendly and helpful! The pool was being serviced our first night there which disappointed the kids, but they kept us updated, and told us right away when it was available. The maintenance man was nice too, and gave us some good tips on things to do in Cleveland. They also put us on the top floor which meant we had a good view, and the kids got to ride the elevator a lot :D "
