"I would have given a 5 star but breakfast was lacking. No fresh fruit was available and a little more variety would be nice. The place was clean and the coffee was nice and hot. We have stayed several times since they opened and this was the first time the breakfast was a disappointment. Overall a very nice hotel and the view from our room was beutiful. "This was about the fourth time I've stayed at the Dav-Ed. As usual my room was immaculate. This is a classic one-level motel probably from the 1950s but is thoroughly up-to-date. Wifi is good, everything works, everything is clean and in excellent condition (fridge, microwave, TV.) Due to recent back surgery I booked the handicap accessible room (Room 1) which had a totally renovated bathroom, wide bathroom doorway, ramp to front door.
