I had a very comfortable room. It was nice to have a shuttle to the airport. And it was convenient for everything else I needed to do while I was in Cleveland. The 24 hour coffee and the breakfast in the morning was very nice.

There are many things to do, places to eat around. However upon checking in I had to go to front desk several times from 4th floor, due to keycard not working. Definitely not what your looking for sfter a long drive.
