"On arrival we were given the wrong room. I walked in to be welcomed by a naked man. I had my 2 young girls with me. It then took another 30mins to get us another room. The kitchen was clean but the floors and underneath the beds were filthy the bedroom light didnt work the curtain was broken and the toliet leak we were told someone would come to fix them the next day no one came. "I cannot fault this hotel. My partner and I had a lovely two-night stay. We opted for a classic double room and (unlike other standard double rooms I’ve stayed in, where you can barely move around the bed) it was a great sized room with a huge bed. Our stay included breakfast and it was very good - hot buffet and also cold bits (ham, cheese, yoghurt and fruit, croissants, etc) - something for everyone.
