"Very good value for money, considering location and price. Clean but basic rooms, newly fitted bathroom which was good, and very friendly staff. Only downside was in the morning they had an issue which meant we had no hot water. They did fix it, but only at 11am when we were checking out. Could have done with another mirror in the room. "

"It's nice a clean place. You will find everything you need close by: daily shops, pharmacy, restaurants and so on. And most importantly the train station is right behind the house. Furthermore, there are so many bus stops all around the building. I enjoyed a nice view from the kitchen. The owner was very kind and friendly. "This place is conveniently located close to local buses,the tube and M1. It is located on an extremely noisy corner. For non-Londoners, you cannot pay with cash to take the bus and need to get a bus pass or Oyster card from merchant down the street which is about a 10 to 15 min walk away. It is located in the better half of a duplex which is greatly in need of repair. The first impression when you walk in is not favourable. The walls need repair, the carpeting and all flooring need...
