"The staff was amazing and the overall experience was good. However, I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room floor. I purposely stay places without carpet for they usually are cleaner. My daughter was walking around barefoot and when she sat down, I saw the bottom of her feet and they were filthy!! Definitely grossed me out and we then made sure we had socks on from there in out!"

"The motel is AWESOME !!!! the staff is very friendly, when we check in its always easy. I stay here i believe 2 or 3 times . To visit Universal its only like 6 or less minutes away . The area around is ok you are in the city so homelessness is around . Like i said that dosent effect the hospitality of the motel . We are planning our next trip in 2 weeks cant wait . "

"I was skeptical before booking, but it’s a good quality hotel for the price, 10minute drive to universals, area has walkable dining options, it’s an old hotel but they did some good renovations so the rooms looks neat."

"The hotel was fine in itself. Stayed 2 nights got my room cleaned 2nd day. My only complaint was that hotel management was charging $200 cash for incidentals. I let them know that this was not stated on the website. The front office person told me that they didn't accept debit cards with visa logo. But when I checked out and waited for staff to check my room, to get my $200 back. The register was opened and there were, what seemed to me many small envelopes with cash deposits. So, were they...

"This was a great place to stay for going to universal studios. Kudos to the transportation driver who shared how to walk to universal…. It’s actually much shorter than we thought but having directions (maybe printed) would be very helpful! without his guidance we wouldn’t have ditched the line for the ride back. Joshua is very friendly and professional, we observed him help many guests, keep him around. Thankful to the housekeeping for leaving us extra coffee when we asked. Also the TP is in an awkward spot so we just set a roll on the counter. but that’s truly nit picking because everything was pretty great. We were told the pool is heated but even in the 80 degree weather in the middle of the day, it was too cold for us to swim in. The hot tub tho thankfully helped thaw after attempting to jump in. This was a great trip overall, thank you! "
