"The staff was amazing and the overall experience was good. However, I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room floor. I purposely stay places without carpet for they usually are cleaner. My daughter was walking around barefoot and when she sat down, I saw the bottom of her feet and they were filthy!! Definitely grossed me out and we then made sure we had socks on from there in out!"

"The hotel was fine in itself. Stayed 2 nights got my room cleaned 2nd day. My only complaint was that hotel management was charging $200 cash for incidentals. I let them know that this was not stated on the website. The front office person told me that they didn't accept debit cards with visa logo. But when I checked out and waited for staff to check my room, to get my $200 back. The register was opened and there were, what seemed to me many small envelopes with cash deposits. So, were they...

"I am on a business tour with my company and the hotel is a perfect location with so many restaurants and convenience stores made it easy and pleasant, clean rooms and comfortable quiet as well."
