"Had an issue with the plumbing the night we got there, they moved us to another room with no problem. Not a luxury hotel by any means, but convenient and did what we were looking for on our Universal Studios trip. Very friendly and accommodating staff."

"Took the family to Universal Studios and stayed 3 nights. This is an older facility so take that into account. If you're looking for a fairly clean room, a hot shower and a fairly comfortable bed to sleep on, and don't mind it being an older facility, then this is the place for you. It had 2 queen beds and a fold down couch so everyone was able to have plenty of room to sleep. Room is small but provides the necessities. Everything worked like the air conditioner, tv, mini fridge, microwave...

"We only spent one night but it was NYE and there were plenty of food options within walking distance. The directions for accessing the property were helpful and crucial. A couple downsides were the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept well and none of the TV remotes had batteries (one didn’t work even with batteries). Not a huge thing but we wanted to watch the ball drop on NYE."
