"The room was great, it was like a little efficiency. A little kitchen, a sitting area with a pull out sofa and a separate bedroom. The only thing I could say that rather sucked was the shower. Obviously it was made to be handicap accessible but in my opinion in was not thought out very well. No matter how hard you tried not to soak the bathroom when taking a shower, it was getting soaked. The shower curtain wasn't waterproof nor was it even the right size for the shower. It didn't touch the bottom or the sides. The nozzle had to be held while showering bcas if not it literally sprayed the purposeless shower curtain and soaked it even more. So I guess it's more like I was feeling bad having to soak towels and ask for more every time I showered bcas of the ridiculous concept they must've thought would work. I feel like even someone handicapped would struggle with that shower and the soaked floor. "

"We love this hotel! The staff is always super kind, friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our little ones love the giant pool (although the water is cold….even during the winter). We enjoy the hot tub, lap pool and sauna. The breakfast is great w/ lots of options (eggs, meat, biscuits, pancakes, bagels, yogurt, juices, coffee, etc). Very close to Erie (10 minute drive). We ordered pizza from the restaurant next door and it was pretty good. My only complaint is that my pillow was uncomfortable (didn’t realize there was a flatter one), and a truck w/ snowplow started plowing the parking lot at 3am and did not stop until 5am (there wasn’t very much snow). The scraping was so loud and/or I am apparently a light sleeper because it kept me awake from 3-5am….so that sucked. However, this is a wonderful hotel and the littles love it! We always have fun here :)"

"As I have mentioned in many prior reviews, this is a great mid-priced property. The staff has always treated me, with a smile at check-in.They go out of their way, to accommodate any special requests. Housekeeping is exceptional, with my guest room always very clean. There are basically 4 room types, with superior king's my favorite. Depending on location of your room, the WiFi can occasionally be iffy. Due to my work requirements, I have now stayed here in excess of 100 nights. Highly recommended for most traveler's. "
