"We were there as a large family in town for my dad’s funeral. The staff was very accommodating and allowed us to pretty much take over the lobby to visit. It was very much appreciated! "

"Housekeeping only came once in 11 days. Had to call every time I needed something. Not a huge deal to us, but could be for others. Most dishes were dirty (but put away), and shampoo/conditioner was empty when we arrived. Shower door wouldn't open and bathroom door handle broken. All these things were addressed quickly, though. The staff was very kind and willing to help immediately. Definitely made up for the issues. "
