"The gentleman at the front desk apologized that the room we had reserved wasn't available (King/handicapped). I told him we didn't need handicapped. He was able to give us a King suite. However, this morning when my husband went to shower, there was no shower curtain and no ability to even take a shower, so that was disappointing.
