"Spent my birthday at the inn and dined there. The inn is appointed beautifully and the room I stayed in was comfortable and quiet. The history that the inn reflects is amazing! I was greeted warmly when I arrived and the staff was very friendly. The dinner and breakfast were fabulous and the food delicious! Beef wellington for dinner with vegetable and mashed potatoes. "We stopped here for one night whilst touring around Ohio. This is a Victorian house with many features from that period. The host, Landon, greeted us and explained everything to us. The property sits in a quiet neighbourhood, but still convenient for downtown Toledo. The room we had was well furnished and equipped. One also has the use of the downstairs reception rooms, kitchen and even the laundry room. Would recommend if you are looking for a slightly “quirky” guest house in Toledo."
