When we first got to the hotel, staff was awesome! The only problem was that our bathroom in our original room hadn’t been cleaned. However, once we called front desk, they moved us to a better room and gave us 5000 Bonvoy points. They often checked in and made sure we were okay. Awesome property and awesome staff.

This is a beautiful hotel, very comfortable rooms. Clean and rooms smell nice. The shampoo conditioner and body wash was amazing!

Upon arrival, the check-in process was seamless. I requested a specific location for my room, and my request was fulfilled without any issues. The king-size bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. Although the shower had minor cracks in the tiles, my overall experience was great and felt very safe.

The person at the reception desk seemed completely disinterested in his job, as if he was being bothered by the fact that we were checking in (granted, we were checking in after 11 p.m., but I would expect a more welcoming check-in after a flight). The room needed a little bit of a facelift. There was also construction going on across the street at night making it impossible to sleep.

The staff was nice. The common areas we’re also clean and nice to look at. However, that’s where it ends for me. The room that I was given was dark. None of the lights worked so I was literally getting dressed in the dark maintenance came in “fixed “the issue the lights were still dim, most of the electrical outlets also did not work
