Urine spots on the floor in the bathroom. Pubic hair in the towels in the bathroom. Some lights didn't work in the room. Initially no heat, but eventually it came on. Won't stay there again.

Drove in during the blizzard, everything in the area was closed. There were more staff members than guests and they really took care of us. Gave us a late checkout at 2:00 to wait out the snow and free breakfast for two. Everyone was so nice! Even in the heavy snow, we took a hike in the deserted city and could picture how nice it’d be if not for the blizzard. Would love to come back when everything opens up.

Hands down THE place to stay if you have a dog. They gave Oscar-our 70 lb boxer- a welcome pack with treats, a water bowl and some instructions on everything you need to know from a doggie standpoint. Right off the river walk with lots of open space. Able to eat delicious European style breakfast on site without leaving our “little” guy. Room was large with very comfortable bed, pillows and linens. While Oscar may have taken half a star off bc he was hoping for some beef jerky instead of the healthy treats they provided, I told him that most nice hotels don’t even allow 70 lb dogs let alone give them treats so to just give it a rest already!

We stayed during a Reds game and we couldn’t have asked for a better hotel. Walking distance from the stadium with shopping and dining around us. We would definitely stay here again!

All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming including the parking valets. The desk staff happily accommodated every request we had. We had a minor issue with our room selection but they rectified it right away with very little discussion - no objections either. Great location too! Really enjoyed our 2 night stay.
