They didn't have a heated pool which would of been fine if the AC wasn't on and it was already cold in the pool area. Also they had a jacuzzi but cemented over it and its just a big dead space

We never got in our rooms, mind you that was on us i didn’t know my id was expired. But we have been trying to get a refund all day and haven't been able to get in contact with them, even Expedia tried to call them they gave them no answer as well. Can see why this is 3 stars.

Our room was very dated and a lot of the furniture was very old and grimy. There was a cigarette hole in the curtain, tears in the cushions, a broken closet door, and more. The bathroom had an unpleasant musty cigarette odor that we could not get rid of.
