"The man at the front was rude to us from the start. Once we got into our room it was nasty the mattress was brown and lumpy. The room was not cleaned there was hair on the bathroom floor and it smelled very musty. We decided to leave because we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping here and the front guy made it very clear we were unable to get a refund. Overall bad experience. "

"This hotel was one of the most affordable in Taos the night I stayed, so I really wasn’t expecting much. Upon check-in, the front desk staff informed me she had “upgraded” my room at no charge. The room was beyond awesome, the size of a full apartment, with a small kitchen, patio, living room area, fireplace, murphy bed, huge comfortable california king size bed, beautifully handcrafted furniture and beautiful natural wood details on the ceiling and throughout the room. "We had One night stay while going to our destination! At check in the system was down and although the receptionist was very welcoming and friendly the check in process was not as smooth as it should have been! The tub was horrible! It had black marks all around and looked dirty! There were many dead insects by the night stand where the electrical cords are! The worst experience we’ve had in hotels and we travel often!"
