"The man at the front was rude to us from the start. Once we got into our room it was nasty the mattress was brown and lumpy. The room was not cleaned there was hair on the bathroom floor and it smelled very musty. We decided to leave because we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping here and the front guy made it very clear we were unable to get a refund. Overall bad experience. "

"What sold me on choosing this place was that they had a restaurant downstairs. We had been driving literally all day and didn’t want to venture out in the cold with hungry tired kids. I recommend making a reservation to the DWNTR to make it easy for everyone because it gets crowded in peak hours. The food is great for shareables and they offer a variety of kinds of foods. The pop corn shrimp and crunchy tacos were some of the favorites. My kids enjoyed playing on the jukebox as well. Our room...
