"The man at the front was rude to us from the start. Once we got into our room it was nasty the mattress was brown and lumpy. The room was not cleaned there was hair on the bathroom floor and it smelled very musty. We decided to leave because we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping here and the front guy made it very clear we were unable to get a refund. Overall bad experience. "

"The renovation is terrific. The staff friendly and helpful. my door would not lock as it was damaged. All of the parking and doors are behind locked gates, so I felt safe. "

"This retro chic hotel was clean, located right in downtown, and paid close attention to detail but the best part was the people. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Each team member we encountered helped us out no questions asked and did so in a manner that made us feel valued and well cared for. A special shout out to Brie for her calm understanding and assistance with tough stressful matters. Would absolutely recommend...
