"Having elderly parents was a bit of a challenge during our stay. The beds were too low for them. The beds in our room were uncomfortable, they are sunken in. Otherwise, the rooms and facility is excellent in cleanliness!"

"When doing the reservation, I had made a mistake by one night. We needed to stay an extra night. The service by Brianna at the front desk was EXCELLENT! She went above and beyond to make the change possible and was super helpful. She knows the importance of service and made it all easy for us to enjoy an additional night at the hotel. "

He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and funny. After a 7 hour drive which ended in some very wet and snowy conditions in the Santa Fe area, Devlin made the check in process very easy and was very helpful with his directions to our great room.
