We enjoyed our visit. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. It’s an old hotel so you have to expect a few things. The plugs in the room are old and we couldn’t t charge our phones in those plugs, nuts others worked ok. Overall a nice place to stay.

Very nicely kept hotel right in the plaza area, Walkable to everything. Fabulous restaurant. Parking is interesting with a big pickup in the attached garage, but doable. We would definitely stay here again if in Santa Fe.

The hotel is beautiful and central to Old Town. There was a guided tour explaining the history of the Inn as well as show casing the beautiful artwork throughout. The staff were friendly and the restaurants were excellent.
