The property itself is depressingly unkempt. Frayed carpet in the halls barely being held down by duct tape, mold on the bathroom ceiling, broken elevators, exterior doors that don't exactly lock behind you, a non-working jacuzzi, murky pool water, a breakfast bar with only one working pancake machine, no exhaust fan in the bathroom (no fresh air or circulation=perfect conditions for mold and mildew!), broken shower curtain, dirty smudges and mystery stains on the walls... Very, very sad to see what has happened to this place! I remember staying when I was a kid and it was a Holiday Inn, over 20 years ago, and it's definitely showing its age. An entire section of the hotel also appeared to not even be open, with mattresses stacked in the windows, stripped unpainted walls, open windows, and on and on... The comp breakfast was just okay, at least the eggs were real but the coffee was weak and the lone polite and friendly woman handling the breakfast bar were small consolations in light of just how sad the rest of the stay felt. I would NOT recommend this to anyone visiting, not even if you think the price is worth it: it's not. Plus there's also an unusual deposit policy that they have: if you live within so many miles of the property (I think 5?) you are expected to leave a $300 credit or debit card deposit upon check-in. I literally stayed at a Vegas strip hotel just a week ago and even they charged me less for a deposit! Any happy memories I had of this place: Gone.

No hot water they had problems prior so changed room 116 to 175 after 8 pm no assistance. Doors leading to back parking were open and damaged. Unable to open door to 175, back to front desk, rude staff asked if I tried using the key, pulling the handle part way, hesitate, then pull up? They had problems with it, I asked how I would know that? Sent me back to try again & if I failed then then let the front desk know for maintenance. Keys failed next evening, maintenance working next to my room, arguing in the hall, shutting doors 3 nights until after 10 pm, able to hear voices, and a phone conversation through the vent on the bathroom wall above the toilet, disgusting stained and broken furniture, light for the back parking lot, on the corner of the building flickered constantly for 3 nights, never consistently working. The photos and description are exaggerated to appear as something it is not!

We stayed in a Two Bedroom suite that was clean, warm and comfortable. No bugs and was spacious with 2 tvs and 2 balconies. Front desk was helpful with extra towels and directions to the breakfast area. Huge hotel with elevators, lots of parking spaces and very well maintained common areas. Only downside was that the hotel does not have the deposit policy listed online which was $100 extra if you're paying with a card, wish we knew of this beforehand. But the deposit was returned to my bank within a day so not a big issue. Breakfast was delicious, fresh and offered plenty of options. Pool did smell like pee from 14 kids using it on Saturday night, but the jacuzzi was good. Other than the pool and deposit, nice place to stay. 4.5 stars! Area felt safe and parking lot was huge and well lit. We will stay again soon without hesitation. Thank you Ramada Plaza.

Booked a suite. The pull out bed would not fold out to a straight position. Could not find sheets or pillows for the pull out. I called the front desk and they told me they ran out of sheets and pillows. I asked her what we were suppose to do and she said to sleep on the mattress anyways. Then hung up. The room is very dirty and dated. Expedia should remove this hotel from their list of hotels asap.

Rate for rooms are too expensive for value of rooms. Our room was dirty, the sliding door was screwed shut and had a gap between the door and window so cold air passed through, also the curtains didn't close well. Had to stand on chair to close. Maintenance was called but he just explained how to close it using the chair. Bathrooms weren't entirely cleaned well. Swimming pool was great and warm but towels weren't always available. The hot tubs jets weren't working so no pressure. Staff doesn't bring you extra towels when needed in rooms.

I DO NOT recommend this hotel. I booked it mainly for the airport shuttle and because it was cheaper than the hotels closer to the airport, but it doesn’t leave until 8:30am, and my flight left earlier than that time. I may as well have stayed somewhere else and paid more since I ended up having to get an Uber. Additionally, there was no hot water in my room. I had two cold showers with the worst shower pressure ever. The shower head was damaged and was spraying off to one side. The hot handle didn’t turn properly. I was warned about the cold water when I checked in, but they said it’d be on the next day. The sink faucet was also damaged where when you turn it on, water leaks from it onto the counter. In general, this property has very poor upkeep. The ceiling in my room had water damage and cracks. In the bathroom, the vent didn’t work and was caked up with dust. The wall AC unit was so loud and inconsistent with heating that I had to turn it off at night because other wise it kept me awake (I typically can sleep through such noise). Many of the TV channels didn’t work. Breakfast was fine - typical options, but you’re not allowed to take your food to your room. The staff/service seemed like they were doing what they could and were relatively nice, but they weren’t helpful except for telling me about the airport shuttle times after I asked. Overall, this place was dirty, had minimal upkeep, and was not worth it.

I reserved a room with the view of the mountains, but When I got there, I was told I couldn't have my room because they didn't have any heat. In that bank of rooms, so they gave me a room downstairs with a patio door that didn't open that looked out into a wall and into the hallway of the lobby, so everyone going up-and-down the hallway could see in my room to the patio door the outlets, we're hanging out of the wall. One had drywall jammed in it, so the lamps can be plugged in The refrigerator door was by busted on the inside. In half, the headboard fell on my head. Hit me on the head and the neck. It took them a half an hour to come to get the headboard off the bed, and never asked how I was. This was the dirtiest nastiest hotel. I've seen in a long, long time. The floors hadn't been swept, it was disgusting. The walls were stained. I didn't want to take a shower. Cause it looked sketchy. I don't advise anyone to ever stay at this hotel.
