I like the self service check in but there was an issue and I needed a staff members help anyway. The first room I got had an open window that was broken, I tried to close it but I couldn't. 2nd room was great.

We ordered extra pillows on line when we booked. We told the clerk at the desk when we checked in (3:00 pm) that we needed 2 extra pillows. At 5:30 I went out to the desk to get the status of our extra pillows. The desk clerk checked and informed me the maids left at 3 pm, and there were no extra pillows for our room. Not good for my knee.

It’s safe and quiet location. There are lots of shops around the area. Close to downtown and accessible to main road. Breakfast is superb. We love the breakfast burrito. The only downside for us was there is no microwave in the room but there’s one in the lobby.

Great location, free parking and friendly staff. Room was nice, but unfortunately a previous guest had smoked in it, so not the hotel's fault. The other room in our booking was much better.

First room heater did not work and was given another room. The auto on it did not work but we didn’t want to move again as it seemed to be a bit much the first time. Rooms are worn and stained furniture. This is a place for snowboarders or something. Breakfast was bad - burritos are wet and just not appetizers ng. Then you have two kinds of cereal and bread, bagels. Just not a place I would ever return to.
