"Good, cozy spot for a couple if you’re looking to go hiking in RMNP for a few days. Hot tub was great to come to at the end of the day. However, the WiFi at the property is awful. There’s a smart TV, but you can hardly stream anything with how bad the connection is. Estes park already has bad cell service and having poor WiFi was disappointing. "

"We had an amazing experience at Remington. Super easy to check in and felt very welcomed. We had not stayed in area before and their local guide book helped us find some wonderful places. Bathrooms were nice & very clean. AC excellent. After driving by hotels in the area would stay without hesitation again. Remington is clearly superior. The herb and vegetable garden out back is such a nice touch. Love it! "

Good-sized bathroom. Owner was very responsive and communication was excellent. Heated, parking garage. I stayed here in September, but for skiing this place would be excellent! Highly recommend "

"The apartment on Pearl Street was perfect for my stay in Boulder. The location is incredible. It is walkable to shops and restaurants on Pearl Street and very close to trail access at People's Crossing. The apartment had everything needed for a great multi-night stay. The kitchen was equipped with all of the necessities (pots, pans, utensils, etc.) plus a good size fridge/freezer. There is even a washing machine if you were to need it for a longer stay. "Very new, very clean, very comfortable. Walking distance to great restaurants and the parking is a must-have! The bed is very comfortable and the apartment is very quiet at night, especially considering how busy the neighborhood is. The only alert I would share is that the neighborhood is very dense/urban and quite dirty with lots of homeless. Just to be aware. "

What we liked about it the most was the convenience of getting anywhere you wanted to go in a fast amount of time. Rocky Mountain was a 10 min drive, downtown is less than 5.
