Staying at the motel was great. The only thing that wasnt smooth was the shuttle from the airport to the motel. I ended up getting an uber to the motel, but liked having the shuttle take me up to the airport.

I'm a little frustrated over this stay. My family stayed here for her cheer competition. The morning of the competition, my daughter came down with a stomach virus that led to 12 bouts of vomiting. Unfortunately my daughter didn't make it to the bathroom the first time, which led to vomit on the sheets and comforter. Because of this, I didnt get my deposit back. I've never stayed at a hotel that penalized parents for a child getting sick. Otherwise it was an okay stay.

I didn't like waking up to bed bugs on my pillow and when we went to tell the front desk lady she said all they could do is check us out and give our money back for the next two nights of our stay, didn't try to help us find another hotel or anything and she told us it would take 7 to 10 days to get back on our card . We told her we were from Mo and didn't know anyone around there or didn't have anymore money to get a room being it was the weekend she said she couldn't help us and she was very rude

I was stuck in Denver and had to extend my stay fora few days. The staff was very helpful in making sure that I did not have to change rooms. They were low key and helped me to get through my dilemma. Besides that the whole atmosphere in this hotel was restful and despite the location near a busy road, the room was very quiet.
