"Great location in quiet neighborhood close to town and Rocky Mountain National Park. Cozy cabin with ample room to relax inside and outside. Hot tub was much appreciated after exploring the park on snowshoes. Well-appointed kitchen for efficient meal prep. Beds were comfortable with great sheets, pillows, and soft bath towels.Very clean and neat inside and out. "This was a great place for our friend group, with plenty of room for 16 adults. You are in the mountains, but it is just a short drive from Boulder. The views from the property are awesome. Beds were comfortable. Communication with the hosts was easy. One of my favorite moments of the weekend was walking down to the ponds and doing a walk around the property. There is a short, but fun trail that makes you feel in nature without leaving the property. "

It was perfectly laid out for our group which included 4 generations of our family with a beautiful master and 2 main floor bedrooms, with 2 separate bedrooms on the lower floor suitable for children. There are so many places to eat, drink, and be merry within walking distance. "My son and I spent three nights at the house during a ski trip. The place was very comfortable and located close to town. One could easily walk downtown from the home.I really liked the kitchen. It is rare to see cast iron cookware in a rental, but we fried some steaks on it and they came out tasty.The beds were comfortable and the communication with the host was seemless. I would stay there again."

"My husband and I needed a place to stay with our little dog and a bunch of our stuff that we had piled in our car after our move from Florida to Colorado! We had a week before getting the keys to our house and this was a perfect place for us to catch our breath, work, and have the comforts of a home!
