Proximity to downtown allowed for walk ability to everything downtown golden has to offer. The view of south table mountain is amazing I will definitely try to stay here again."

"Great location, and well appointed however there is no thermostat control. It was set to 73 which was 65 in the downstairs apartment. A small space heater was provided and I was able to borrow a larger one. Also, because there is a window a/c unit, the window does not close and lock. (As a single female traveler, this made me a little uneasy). I would stay again- albeit in warmer months!"

"This place it only a block up from the main street through town. It was so convenient to just walk over there. The place was clean. It was also decorated fun. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice. The shower head need fixed but I reported it to the owner and I believe they will have it fixed. I would have been very excited to give them a 5 out of 5 but our last night there ar 9:30 pm the cleaning people came into the unit upstairs and started making one hell of a racket....

"Love the location and property! Great neighborhood (whole food type) grocery stores directly across the street. Very nicely furnished residence. Very comfortable beds! Very easy check in/out process and VERY attentive property management. Single issue: the fan remote controls don’t work or are too confusing, that’s it! Thanks!"

"At first we were given a room at St. John which only had 2 twin beds. We went back to registration and they said it was part of the same complex. When we said our registration showed a queen bed, they were very helpful and switched us to a room at Lakeside with a queen bed. It was a little outdated, but the location was great for us and we got to ski and be outside."
