"This place was great. This is our 3rd stay in recent years & we have no complaints. We had one minor issues like the coffee pot quit and it immediately replaced. Great management which can totally ruin a vacation. "

"We absolutely loved our stay in Fraser during the week of Christmas! The condo is exactly as shown in the photos and the location is perfect being between Winter Park and Fraser/Tabernash for dinners, groceries and anything else you may want/need.The open views from the main room and the general layout of the condo made it very warm and inviting the minute we walked in. The entire condo had everything needed to support our 5 night stay with many of our breakfast/dinners cooked from scratch using the supplied and organized kitchen. Thank you for sharing you condo and I know we will be back again this later year for some hiking and fishing! "

"We stayed for 7 days to ski and explore the area. There was a group of us and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms worked out well. There were several living areas The layout allowed us to come together when we wanted and also have time apart when we needed. The location was also convenient to the slopes and easy to get in and out of. The place was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The only things that we noted that could improve was a bigger refrigerator. Since there were so many of us and we also wanted to save money, we cooked breakfast and supper almost every day. We had to go to the grocery store several times during our stay because we couldn’t get all of our groceries in the fridge at one time. The other thing was we had to buy TPaper because there was not enough to last the week. Again, very minor.The property was great and we would definitely stay here again!"

"This property is in a great location, a few miles from Winter Park. Hiking trails and tubing are very close and the Mountain Views from the living room are great! I did wish it had a washer and dryer in the unit but overall, it is a great place to stay if you don’t mind a little driving around town. I would not recommend the ski shuttle, as you have to lug equipment up and down a hill in front of the unit and about a block to the stop. "
