Toilet clogged and flooded, shower had barely hot water, tv remote was not working. The buffet isn’t worth the amount you pay for. The drinks at everything restaurant were watered down and way over priced. Purchased burritos from the Java stand and all three were still cold in the middle. Wish there were better food options.

Went for our 15th wedding anniversary and it was great. Property is clean and very well maintained. Had really no issues. My only complaint was the buffet. $115 for two of us and not really worth the price ya pay. Waitstaff were great but food was mediocre at best. Same quality you get from Golden corral. Besides that the hotel/casino was spectacular. As we were leaving today, a manager in the elevator asked us how our stay was. Seemed to be interested on what we thought even asked us how they could do better. That was nice because she truly seemed interested in what we had to say. Besides the buffet, I have no complaints. The monarch is very nice.

This is our first stay at Monarch and it was such a great experience. The hotel was state of the art, felt very safe and secure, and was very clean. We never needed to leave the property during our stay. Highly recommend staying here and will be back!

Restaurants were really enjoyable, good portion of food for the price. Enjoyed the spa the most. Wish the outdoor hot tub was bigger. Didn’t like that it was limited seating in the casino area, should’ve been a lounge area to relax a bit.
