It was super nice and an enjoyable getaway. However there were very little vegetarian or vegan options for food within the hotel. Otherwise it was perfect and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a weekend away.

1. I was extremely disappointed that I did not receive the massage that I booked on my Birthday (massage therapist went home sick). 2. Room Card Keys stop working at 9:00PM. We had to track down Hotel Staff and wait for new card keys to be reissued to get back into our room. 3. Casino is too crowded and extremely noisy.

First time staying here and it was a wonderful experience! The room was clean and had a nice view of the mountains. It had complimentary ammenaties like coffee, bottled water and also a mini fridge to store your items. We enjoyed the food as they have multiple different types of restaurants to choose from! Most of the staff was friendly and our needs were met. Overall I am satisfied and I hope to come back in the future. I recommend this property to anyone considering visiting.

We had reservations at the chop house for 7:30 . Waited in the lounge for our table for an hour and a half. We received no service for drinks and was refused service from the bar tender. Saying we had to wait for the waiter/waitress to come take our drink order. This never happened ! Finally got called up for our table. Which still took another 20 minutes to get seated. We proceeded to wait and wait. Again we never had a waiter/waitress come to even take our drink or appetizer order. We remained until about 10:00 pm with still no drinks. We did get a complementary cheese and bread appetizer. But still no drink order even being taken. We were celebrating my wife’s 60th birthday and certainly would have had a bill of over a thousand dollars with the bottle of wine we chose but never received. We understand that staffing is a huge issue. Maybe you should offer your staff better benefits and wages in order to attract and retain help .
