"The space was perfect for our week long visit to Boulder. We walked to Pear Street every evening for dinner. During the day we hiked Flatirons, Boulder Falls, and Rocky Mountain National Park. The space was very comfortable, nicely decorated and clean."

"We stayed in June 2024 and the space had appeared to be recently remodeled! Very clean, updated appliances, flooring, fixtures, etc. Well stocked kitchen with lots of supplies included. Quiet neighborhood with fenced in back yard - but next to main neighborhood street. 75 minutes to Estes Park and 30 minutes to most Boulder attractions, 40 minutes to Denver airport. If you are going to a concert at Red Rocks, this place has an outstanding location. "This apartment is in a perfect location in Denver. Right across the street from the City Park, safe & quiet neighborhood and a lot of restaurants in the area. The owner is quick to reply to any correspondence. The apartment is cute, but it is small. The bedroom is very cramped, but we made it work. Our biggest concern was the air conditioning situation.
