"Good location, easy to get to. Staff was 5/5 friendly with me. Overall cleanliness of the building is 3.5. There's some carpet stains that I couldn't unsee that could be cleaned. 5/5 room cleanliness. No trash or dust in the room. The design of the room is half old and half modern. Good TV channels. Price was very fair. Bed was cozy. Not firm, but not soft. In between. "

" When we arrived, we were told our room have been upgraded to a room with a brand new bathroom that has never been used. The room was beautiful very nicely laid out and we definitely enjoyed the brand new bathroom. It was gorgeous the person who checked us in and Ana who checked us out in the morning both did a great job."

"Check in was easy. Staff is friendly. Be ready for parking and resort addons. Rooms were clean traditional beach accommodations with some updates. No response via phone or email. But in person folks happy to help and answer questions. "

"Use the address, which was the address for our room and we were dropped off there had to walk a block with our luggage to get to the front desk to then have to walk back to the same spot for our room. Very few plug-ins in the room, luckily there was a multi plug-in with a couple ports that was unplugged and didn’t work, the TV didn’t work, no phone to call the front desk, no one filled the ice container that was in the freezer empty with one ice cube, cute, comfortable."
