"We were hosted by “Cozy” accommodations. Overall they were easy to communicate with. I don’t understand why if Hotels.com is the third party we must authenticate our IDs with the host directly. With so many scams these days I’d like to only authenticate with hotels.com. On the other hand, the views were the best feature. "Terrible. Be ready. You’re going to wait in line, a lot. The elevator system is insanely inefficient. The unit we had had so many things wrong, including the cooktop which I had to call maintenance twice for and then ended up fixing it myself. You’re limited to just 2 chairs at the beach so your kids need to sit in the sand. Awful. I’ll never stay here again."

"The apartment was exactly as described. It worked perfectly for my family. Accommodations and the communication with the rental folks were great. I loved that they had a pool and I could do our laundry on-site. The complex does need to buy better tennis equipment though. Overall, a great experience."
