"Reception was excellent, both at arrival and checkout and the pool facilities were also good - we swam in the afternoon when it was quiet. Dinner was disappointing with thee of the six mains on the Brasserie menu being burgers. There were "specials" but this was a fixed menu. Waiting staff generally pleasant but largely inexperienced. On the Wednesday there were two large groups in, one close to us, but unfortunately the tables were not adjacent and our meal was punctuated by conversations...

"Hotel was excellent and in a good location. Only gripe I have is the quality of the breakfast, which was sub standard for the price of £20 pp - very poor value. Apart from that, the stay was fine."

"Easy check in, I joined up for free to become a member which in turn gave me late check out 2pm and also instead of paying £15 for the parking I got it completely free as a compliment. The next morning we fancied a breakfast and we was told it was complimentary again, this hotel is fantastic the rooms and feel of the place are brilliant. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the nice touches like big screen tv’s the pool table comfy sofas and even a record player in the corner we loved it...

"Stayed for 3 nights and it was fantastic. We booked half board and Food was great. Entertainment was brilliant especially st Patrick’s night! 3 acts each night with bingo both day and night time (we had a few wins too) We were in room (115) which was a good walk from the lift which didn’t help with having 3 with walking difficulties, room was much smaller then I expected and dark and gloomy, but beds were comfortable, shower was good.
