"We had a lovely 2 night stay here, the house is beautifully finished with lots of space. The hot tub was a very welcome addition and we made good use of the living space. Ann was brilliant at providing all the information in advance. My only slight request would be to have some larger pans, cooking for 7 with a small frying pan was quite tricky!! Thanks Ann, we hope to return."

"Good for all the family"

"Accommodation was absolutely spotless. The decor and furnishings are lovely, even had a christmas tree and decorations, it was so warm and cosy. The hosts left us some provisions, which was appreciated. The location was perfect for us, nice and quiet, with an enclosed patio area so our dogs were nice and safe. Nice walks in the area, pity the pub wasn't open as its literally 5 min walk away. Skipton is only 8 minutes drive away. Would definitely book to stay here again and will recommend to...

"The property was very clean, warm and comfortable. The top bedroom, which was in the attic was well appointed but our group felt it might not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. I was able to contact the owners easily and they responded to my requests for extra crockery promptly. The property was in a quiet area but still very convenient for the train station and the city centre which was about a 10 minute walk away. "This property was perfect for our needs. We loved the location, the amenities were as described, and Dan responded to questions very quickly. We stayed 2 weeks; using public transportation the entire time was very convenient and allowed us to hike, explore and fall in love with Yorkshire. We hope to repeat the entire experience in the future. "

"Only reason not 5 star was only realised when arrived the pool was closed. Granddaughter so disappointed that we had to find public swimming pool to take her too. Accommodation excellent lots of room for 4 though can have 6. Would definitely stay again. "
