"A well located hotel with easy parking next door (NCP slightly discounted). Breakfast was very good with variety and prepared/cooked fresh. Our room was warm and comfortable with good space and city view. Reception was friendly and check in/out quick. A glass refillable bottle of water would be a good addition, and still maintain the hotels standard for eco friendly. The tea tray was disappointing against everything else. More variety and quantity of milk would be a welcomed addition. "

"Really good hotel, great facilities including the pool and Spa. Staff were exceptional. The room itself was lovely, very comfortable, we had a family room with a shower for accessibility for my disabled wife and the rooms were really quiet. No banging doors all night !!!! Worth noting g that you gave to pay for parking, but the rates are fair. Location is very convenient and you cannot hear the motorway! A really great place go stay and woukd happily do so again. "

"I liked the free parking, this was a key element for choosing the hotel. It was very comfortable especially the bed! Handy for the train into Cardiff for an evening out which we did. "

"24 hour reception so no worries about late check-ins… (might have to let them know if there’s a chance of this though?) Room was great for family of four. Rooms are very quiet - I think soundproofed. Breakfast was really great! I only marked it down slightly on the cleanliness etc due to state of carpet in our room but really pleased for the money."
