"Room was plain but clean and comfortable and heated properly for the very cold spell we had. Staff was polite. Breakfast was sparse. Coffee could have been extended. Area was quiet. Lobby was closed for after hours check in. It felt different. No disturbances. "

"Our stay was awesome. The staff was very helpful and had excellent customer service. We will definitely be staying there again our next trip to Delaware, and telling family and friends about Candlewood. The sugar cookies and hot chocolate is an awesome touch that they provide."

"I am disappointed with the manager Lauren W. I had stroke with right side paralysis and can’t use my right side. They have handicapped bathroom with toilet paper on left side toilet paper dispenser and handrail but I am not allowed to use it because it is designated as employee bathroom. There are other bathrooms down the hall that the employees can use. Lauren did give me a booster seat for room toilet tho. I feel I should be allowed to use the hall bathroom that is handicapped friendly. "
