The front lobby area was dirty. The little coffe area near the check in area was dirty. Every morning the trash can was way over flowing. The bed was uncomfortable. Th matters frame made loud noise every time you turn sides. Not enough light in the room.

The toilet was VERY close to the ground and didn't flush well. As an older woman it was uncomfortable to sit on and rise from. Never encountered such a terrible toilet before.

I just found the link this morning when they asked how my experience was. I feel like Expedia left me out to dry. I ended up staying at a motel 6.
