"Excellent. Really nice facilities, clean and modern. Extra nice were the liquid soaps, shampoo, conditioner and moisturizers. Super convenient spot close to everything. Really fantastic having Hoi Polloi restaurant at the bottom, great food, great coffee. And lovely friendly helpful staff all around. Also nice touch for me was the lobby and all the beautiful plants everywhere."

"Second time staying here and was disappointed with certain aspects from the first time. As a former publican I would not employ certain bar staff from this hotel. Ordered a drink at the bar and waited for my drinks then noticed the person who took my order was serving someone else further along the bar, only assume he could not mix the drinks I had asked for and went to serve someone else, very rude. When you are paying top price for drink you expect top service. Apart from this the staff were very good and helpful, especially at reception. "
