"Staff were friendly on check in. Offered to help carry our bags upstairs as no lift. Room was clean and tidy. We had a top floor room. Kinda inside the roof. View was lively but room was very warm at night and bed was smaller than we expected and shower was small too and weak pressure. Felt like pics on Hotels didn’t match the actual bathroom images.
