"The room had no glass and the TVwas not functioning. It took a couple of requests to get service on the TV. There is no daily room service for stays of more than one day. No breakfast of any kind."

"The wedsite stated that the room had a jetted tub and it was more expensive then the regular room and come to find out that is not true. The hotel made reaventions and removed all the tubes."

"Very charming historic inn. Staff was nice and helpful upon check-in, and when i accidentally locked my key in the room. I booked the Bouvier room on the 3rd floor which was quiet and comfortable. Being a historic inn, I went in with the expectation that it would be low frills, which is was. But for the price, I think it's a great option for anyone staying in the Newtown area who wants historic charm and to be in the walkable State Street area. "
