We had a winter storm when we checked in that day. Two adults and two little ones yet the front desk lady told us we cant do an early check in because none of the rooms were available as they were busy the night before. Just like any other hotels, check out is at 11am. It was past 3pm when we got there, and not a single room is available. We were the only ones at the front desk and were told to wait. Shortly after, a lady walked in and was able to check in. I was staring at the front desk section while waiting at the lounge area when the front desk lady called my attention to accommodate us. Next day, we found out that the hotel doesnt offer FREE BREAKFAST but on expedia, it clearly says breakfast included. I politely asked the woman in charge to double check and she let us through when she confirmed that breakfast is included in our stays. Im not really impressed with the selection of food, danish and cookies and breads are not freshly served . Id say a couple of days old as they are hard as a rock. My kids didnt even bother to eat them. If youre booking thru expedia, beware of hidden charges. Im not sure of the additional charges they billed me. On expedia, it says $134 per night which i paid when i checked in. Cleanliness: id say this hotel is comparable to comfort inn suites. Disgusting. Dont want to even walk on their carpets with my barefeet

I love the entrance of hotel The receptionist from the night shift went above and beyond with hospitality as well the morning shift. The Breakfast was fabulous. The kitchen aides was so welcoming and the chef as well The bartender was very very pleasant Greeting everyone with a smile and Great eye contact. Housekeeping didn’t come daily to remove old towels or give us fresh ones, had to get those ourselves. They didn’t clean up room daily or beds or refill shampoos and supplies. Greatest disappointment was that hot tub on picture at website was not even there and indooor pool was not even heated to swim in!!! Never going back!!! I usually only stay at Hilton/Hampton inns!! This was awful

This is a very old, run down property. The staff are ok, but they didn’t go out of their way to assist us when we realized that the sleeper sofa was so old that no human being could possibly sleep on it. They were borderline rude when we complained and gave us no offer for solution. Our request for a second room for free was denied. So we had to book a second room to have the bed we thought we were getting in the first room. That was an expense we were not prepared to make. Not recommended.
