Staff was friendly, walking distance to the main town centre, clean and cozy rooms plus they have a sauna, gym available and lounge area with free coffee and tea in the morning. It's pet friendly and we were able to upgrade upon our arrival. Would highly recommend and will happily stay here gain on our next visit to Nelson! "

"The Alpine Inn makes traveling with pets really easy by providing plenty of outdoor green space to walk them which we really appreciated. The motel itself is older and so while it’s clearly well taken care of there remain a few areas that need a little sprucing up but despite that, it oozes charm. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great location being within less than a 5 mile drive from everything. We’ll stay again next time we’re in Nelson. "
