"As it mentioned before, the property is old. The room is cleaned, but the beds and the room are too small for 4 of us (3 adults and 1 child). Very generous in amnesty. Pyjama is provided. Very standard breakfasts are included with free drinks and ice cream. Too much noisy from the road (even at night time). The location is just good. Walkable but not that easy access to station. "

"This was our second time in Osaka and we absolutely loved staying at the Cross Hotel! The location is unbeatable, and such a short walk to the Namba station too. The rooms were spacious and the showers were the best we experienced our whole trip. We had breakfast included which had a variety of foods for all tastes, and we throughly enjoyed the lounge in the evenings for a quick drink before heading out. I would recommend this hotel to anybody coming to the area! We will be back!"
