"Very delighted to be served by the chinese speaking Miss Li. Thanks for your assistance in our check-in. The location is actually convenient for as is in the heart of the main shopping belt of Nagoya. Is between 2 subways station that is going to different part of Nagoya, making it an ideal place for tourist. If there is one thing I am disappointed is that it only give us one time complimentary wine for our few days stay. That perhaps can be revised to one complimentary wine for every night stay. "

"The room was comfortable for 4 people, 2 of which are children. We requested to make up room everyday and the room was fresh after a tiring day of walk. There were also available toiletries which were convenient. The area was walkable but not too near. Areas of interest took at least 20-30 mins walk. Ohsu definitely was not a 9-minute walk. Train stations as well. The area has convenient stores nearby though. Ok still as value for money"

"Place is located neat Donki, parking at hotel level is limited. No gym and pool but with sufficient toiletries and coffee available at lobby. Hotel is new and clean"
