Convenient, comfortable hotel with many amenities, good breakfast and excellent staff near Kanayama Station (1 stop from Nagoya Station). Rooms are larger than most basic Japanese hotels. Staff are very helpful and attentive. Shuttle to the station is also a plus.

We went to send our son for his real first job experience, at the same time another of our getaway to Japan. Convenient location, close to Kanayama station which has plenty of food options and also easy transportation to other places.

Typical Japanese excellence, and for a reasonable price. :-) The morning buffet is really busy around 8-9am, but that's to be expected, especially on a Sunday.

年末に宿泊。１６時チェックインなのは知ってました。年末の混雑のためか、１５時３０分には自動チェックインでチェックインの手続きが始まっていて、私もチェックイン手続きを終えてアメニティを取りに行くと受付の女性スタッフの方に『⚪︎⚪︎様、チェックインは４時からです！』と名指しで大声で言われ、ちょっと不愉快でした。１６時チェックインは知っていたし、エレベーターに乗ろうとしてた訳でもないのに、大声で名指しで注意されたのでびっくりしました。大勢のチェックイン客がいて、恥ずかしかったです。ホテルは正直、泊まれれば良いと思っているので特別なサービスは必要ないけれど、不愉快な思いはしたくなかったです。
