"A great room for a good price. It is a ryokan so expect a traditional Japanese straw floor room, however it was a much larger room than I expected. The service was great and the owner speaks very good English so communication was easy. Communal bathing (not mixed!) was a nice experience and clean area. "This hotel was fantastic. The room was small but nice. The staff were brilliant and the offered alot of amenities that you could just grab. The artificial onsen was wonderful. And it was conveniently located. My friend staying in the next room spoke Japanese but the staff seemed to have goid English I'm not really sure. "
