"Whoever promotes Japan to foreign tourists needs to experience this place. It sets their efforts back by decades. It is my worst hotel experience anywhere in the world in the last 10 years. This place should be closed until given a major revamp. Best feature: it is convenient to the Subway. There are dirt marks all over the walls and ceilings as well as the carpet being stained and worn. The bathroom also has numerous stains. The image is extremely poor. "Great place, about 10 minutes from the Fushimi subway station. Didn't check out the onsen, but plenty of guests seemed to enjoy it"
