"The overall stay at Mimaru was good! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. There are minor things about this location I would change: 1. Internet speed was pretty slow (travelling with young kids and their need of internet), 2. Walls are thin at the hotel, could heard the other room partying with their loud music and upstairs they were running a marathon so can hear all the stomping sound, 3. "Decent location for a second stay in Osaka. The hotel felt new and the property was in good condition. The drinks was a nice touch for when you’re in a rush and need a coffee. Service however was non existent. Staff clearly wanted nothing to do with guests. Robots probably would offer warmer service than the staff there. Minus 1 star for the service "

"Very good stay in room #1204. The ONLY complaint is the water temperature fluctuated when taking a shower. All 3 in our party experienced this. Initially, I thought maybe the temp was changing because someone else in our room flushed the toilet or was running the water, but that was not the case. The hotel should look into stabilizing the temperature so no one gets injured/scalded from a sudden rush of hot water."

"The hotel was easy to check in with the app.. Didn't need any interaction with the front desk. It's located close to the action but not right in it and right by a subway stop. The wifi was amazing and was a relief as I needed to remote work. Bathroom was a bit tighter than I would have liked but did the job. Would definitely stay here given the price to value ratio. "

"We had an amazing stay at Feel Osaka Yu! The location was great and easy to get around and the room was clean and well put together. The best part of all was the staff - Kaz was wonderful and so welcoming, and we had a really great time hanging out and playing music.
