"Stayed for business. I was early for check-in, not only did I get the room, but I was given an upgrade! The room was spacious, the bed super confortable, the minibar very well stocked, good shower and stuff. The breakfast was great! And I also had dinner at their restaurant and it was pretty good too. There are at least 4 restaurants that looked great walking distance. "

"Nice hotel … the main concern I have for this hotel is the lightning in the rooms… I’ve stayed here a few time and had different rooms… but the lightning concept is the same for all the room and it’s NOT good … not sure if this is do to wanting to hide something ….or simply an oversight … mood ambience is great but it shouldn’t be to the detriment or of practicality …technology exists today to achieve both "

"The hotel was in a great location on Plaza Mayor. Cabs got tripped up a bit, preferred to drop you off up the street and some didn’t show up given the location. The staff was welcoming and helped getting a cab on the way to the airport since two we ordered either cancelled on us or we’re going to be too late. Room was nice and comfortable. "

"I actually liked the ladder access to the bathroom; it made it interesting. The room was ok, nothing special. I did not have a view but that was fine since I only stayed one night. The best part was the staff. The young lady who checked me in was lovely..I forgot her name. The man who checked me out was very kind in helping me secure a cab to the airport. He wanted to make sure I was safe and cared for. I wish I had their names cause they made up for the lack of view. Thanks:)"
