"A wonderful stay in this lovely hotel. All staff members were friendly, welcoming and attentive. The check-in experience was excellent, our room was available earlier than expected and we were given 2 complimentary drinks as it was my partners birthday. The room was spacious, the bed was really comfortable and the bathroom facilities very good. I marked the cleanliness down a little bit as there was a stain on the pillow and sellotape on the walls. Also, it would’ve been nice to have had some drinking water in the room. One of the lifts was out of order so the one lift that was available was very busy! Breakfast was nice, plenty to choose from and not too busy. We would definitely stay here again. "
