"It was great! However, front desk gave us wrong room key card. Kind of inconvenient considering it was 1:30am and we were already tired from traveling all night, and had to go back down to the front desk and wait while someone else was being checked in before finding out the key card was not the right one for our room."

"Jasmin was fabulous. Our TV wasn’t working she personally came and rectified it. She also made recommendations for food and activities. Great job"
