No one there upon check in. Waited 30 minutes for someone to arrive to check us in. Room dirty, smelly, mattress 20 years old, mildew around windows. Asked manager for room on top floor she LIED saying hotel was booked. Arrived back at hotel at midnight the keys were not working due to 2024 turning to 2025!!!! Waited 2 hours to be fixed. Not fixed. Not one apology from Manager. Will never stay here again!

Decent for a night, but not for a long stay
We stayed here for a couple days and it wasn't that great. The positives: staff are friendly, the breakfast buffet is just as others have said - it's delicious, organized and lots of options! The hotel is also right near the outlets so it's convenient for shopping, finding things to do and places to eat. Although it can make the room a bit noisy from traffic during the night. The cons: While we were out during the day our room never got cleaned and we ran out of toilet paper, clean towels and garbage piled up. The "gym" is two treadmills. The pool is absolutely disgusting!! The pool walls are covered in mold and the pool floor has a film of scum, looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a month. The price was decent, and for the short stay the cons were tolerable. Overall though we would not stay here again.
